Fundraising

Fundraising projects are an important part of the Booster Club's mission. These fund-raising projects enable the Booster Club to pay for important resources and necessities, such as teachers' aids, computers, library books, field trips, playground equipment and photocopy machines & paper. The Booster Club also raises money for the school through corporate donations, grants and profits from after-school programs.

Our fundraising projects include:

  • Pledge Drive - Fall 2011
    Donations will be accepted year-round. The school receives 100% of the donations so give what you can!
  • Scholastic Book Fair - November 2011
    Buy books for your home or your child's classroom. Come to Family Night for food and fun!
  • Silent Auction/Holiday Party - December 2011
    An evening party for adults and a kids party for the children. An online auction with items from local businesses will be held.
  • Family Fun Day (Carnival) - May 2012
    A day of Carnival fun with game booths and food for the whole family.
  • Family Night Out - Have a nice meal with your family and other families from the school one evening per month throughout the year. Bring your flyer and a percentage of the restaurant's sales are donated to the school!

HOW DOES IT WORK? Once you register your Ralphs Reward Card designating Hancock Park School Booster Club, Ralph’s donates a percentage of your shopping bill to our school every month.

The more you spend, the more the school receives!
Spend over $500 per month, our school gets 4%.

$200 per month = 1%. - $200 - $350 per month = 2% - $350 - $500 per month = 3%

Everyone must register annually! Register your card every September to participate.

Hancock Park School would like to thank Andre's Italian Restaurant for their on going support of our school. For every bottle of salad dressing and sauce that they sell, 25 cents is donated to our school! Andre's also donates the full amount of their t-shirt sales to the school as well as hosting family nights at the restaurant.
