Volunteer

You can volunteer your time on fundraising events and/or committees and attend general Booster Club meetings held the third Wednesday of each month alternating between 6:30 p.m. and 8:15 a.m.,  in the school auditorium.

Use the online form to sign up as a volunteer.

Don't Have Much Time? Some Quick Suggestions

  • Re-shelve books in the library.
  • Check the Lost & Found on north wall of the cafeteria.
    Hang up any clothes lying around.
  • Pick up trash that you see in the school yard.
  • Water plants. Check with Maggie in the office to get the hose key.

Other Volunteer Opportunities

  • Morning Drop-off Valet – Got 20 minutes once a week?  Volunteers needed in the morning between 7:50AM – 8:10AM to assist with curbside drop off.  Open the doors and help children from the car to the curb.  Volunteer one day a week or one day a month.  Ask in the office if you would like to help.
  • Gardening – Volunteers are always needed to water and take care of gardens in the school yard.  Email the Booster Club at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you would like to help.
  • Committees - Volunteers are welcome to join any of our Booster Club Committees.
  • Wonder of Reading - Volunteer to read with a child for 30 minutes to an hour every other week. Help a child discover a love for reading.

Hancock Park School would like to thank Andre's Italian Restaurant for their on going support of our school. For every bottle of salad dressing and sauce that they sell, 25 cents is donated to our school! Andre's also donates the full amount of their t-shirt sales to the school as well as hosting family nights at the restaurant.
