Fundraising projects are an important part of the Booster Club's mission. These fund-raising projects enable the Booster Club to pay for important resources and necessities, such as teachers' aids, computers, library books, field trips, playground equipment and photocopy machines & paper. The Booster Club also raises money for the school through corporate donations, grants and profits from after-school programs.

Our fundraising projects include:

• Innisbrook Gift Wrap Sales - Sept.-Oct. 2009
  Buy gift wrap items for yourself or sell to friends and family. The school receives 50% of the profits.
• Pledge Drive - Fall 2009
  Donations will be accepted year-round. The school receives 100% of the donations so give what you can!
• Scholastic Book Fair - Nov. 2-6, 2009, Family Night Nov. 4
  Buy books for your home or your child's classroom. Come to Family Night for food and fun!
• Silent Auction/Holiday Party - Dec. 5, 2009
  An evening party for adults with auction items from local businesses.
• Family Fun Day (Carnival) - May 22, 2010
  A day of Carnival fun with game booths and food for the whole family.
• School T-shirt Sales - year-round
• Box Tops for Education - year round
  Collect Box Tops and put them in the collection box outside the school office.
• Family Night Out - Have a nice meal with your family and other families from the school one evening per month throughout the year. Bring your flyer and a percentage of the restaurant's sales are donated to the school!

• If you have not previously registered your Ralph’s Card…
  
  • Click on “Sign in/Register”.
  • Under New Customer, click on “Sign up today.”
  • Enter your zip code and select a store.
  • Enter your account information.
  • At this point, you will have to check your email inbox for a link to complete the registration.
  • When you click on the link, follow the directions listed below for #4
• If you have previously registered your Ralph’s Card …
  
  • Click on the Sign in/Register and sign in.
  • Go to “My Account” and click on it.
  • Go to “Community Rewards Information”; hit “Edit”.
  • For organization name type in 81520 OR “Hancock Park Elem” and our school should come up.
  • Click the button next to the school name and hit SAVE.

Collect Box Tops for Education

There are three easy ways to earn cash for our school with Box Tops:

1. Clip Box Tops coupons from hundreds of participating products and drop them in the collection box outside the school office. Hang the list of participating products on the refrigerator so you always know what products have Box Tops. We earn 10 cents per coupon. That doesn't sound like a lot, but it adds up!
2. Shop at your favorite stores online through the Box Tops Marketplace and up to 8% of each qualifying purchase is automatically donated to our school. There is no additional cost to your purchase and many exclusive discounts can be found!
3. Buy books online through Box Tops Reading Room and the school will receive 6% of your new book purchases through Barnes & Noble.

One of the easiest ways you can help is to sign up to support our school at btfe.com. You will learn about new and easy ways to help our school earn the extra cash that it needs. Look for "The Power of 1" and follow the instructions.  To select our school you will need the zip code, 90036, then select Hancock Park Elementary in Los Angeles.
