Annual Giving Campaign
The Annual Giving Campaign is our biggest fundraiser of the year. The Los Angeles Unified School District and government programs only fund very basic necessities for schools and it is our job, as the school’s fundraising body, to close the gap between a very basic educational experience and the educational experience we want our kids to have. This means that we provide the school with staff, resources, and educational opportunities that are not provided by the District.

Letter from Principal Robin Wynne-Davis
I am pleased to welcome you to the 2022-2023 school year. Whether you are a returning family or brand new to the community, we are ONE Hancock Park Elementary and are happy to have you here. Our mission is to bring together diverse populations of students and to teach them to work together, to be curious, kind, caring, and inclusive. We view KINDNESS as fundamental!
About Friends of Hancock Park School
The Friends of Hancock Park School (FoHPS) conducts parent volunteer-led fundraising activities with the hope that we can raise sufficient funds to continue providing quality enrichment to all our children’s educational and social experiences at Hancock Park Elementary School.
All of our fundraising activities are planned, coordinated, and operated by our very own parent volunteers. There are many ways you can help us and your involvement is critical to our success and our children’s success!
Parents are needed to coordinate the walkathon. This includes advertising the walkathon, distributing and collecting the walkathon envelopes/donations, and coordinating the event day-of.
Become a Room Parent
Be a room parent for the school year and support your child’s teacher directly in the classroom, plan special events, and help FoHPS reach out to your fellow class parents.
Parents to assist with maintaining our beautiful garden (watering) and the cleanliness of our campus.
